What we sell

Airtime and data bundles for MTN, Airtel, Glo and 9mobile (including cheaper SME data bundles), home/router internet (Airtel SmartBox, MTN and Glo routers and MiFis, Smile and Spectranet), electricity for every distribution company (prepaid tokens and postpaid bills), and TV subscriptions for DStv, GOtv, StarTimes and Showmax. Prices are shown before you pay, together with our service fee. For electricity and TV the fee includes the card or bank charge.

How it works

You choose a number and an amount or plan, then pay securely through Paystack by card, bank transfer or USSD. As soon as the payment is confirmed, the top-up is sent to the network through VTpass, a licensed bill-payment aggregator. Most orders arrive within seconds. We do not hold money for you: there is no wallet, and every payment is for one order.

Refund policy

  • Failed orders are refunded automatically and in full (price and service fee) to the card or account you paid from. You don't need to ask. Banks usually show the refund within 1 to 10 working days.
  • Paid but not received? Contact us within 7 days with your order number. We check it with the network and either deliver it or refund you.
  • Wrong number: airtime or data delivered to a valid number you typed by mistake cannot be taken back by the networks, so we can't refund it. Please check the number before you pay.
  • Electricity and TV: we show the name on the meter or smartcard before you pay. A payment made to a valid meter or smartcard you chose by mistake can't be reversed by the DisCo or TV company. If a prepaid token doesn't appear, contact us and we'll get it from the DisCo.
  • We never charge you twice for one order. If your bank shows a double debit, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Terms

  • ChykaVTU resells network, electricity and TV services. We are not MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile, Smile, Spectranet, any electricity distribution company, MultiChoice (DStv, GOtv), StarTimes or Showmax, and their own terms apply.
  • Prices follow the networks and may change. The price you see when you pay is the price you pay.
  • We may limit or refuse orders to stop fraud, for example very large amounts to one number in a day.

Privacy

We keep only what we need to deliver and support your orders: the number you top up, what you bought and when. Card details are handled by Paystack; we never see your card number or PIN. Your saved contacts and purchase history stay on your phone. We don't sell your data.
